Backstory / History

Voltar is Destro's hand-picked field general for the Iron Grenadiers — a brilliant, ruthless tactician who commands Destro's private army with an iron fist and an ego to match. Originally a mercenary commander of considerable reputation, Voltar was recruited by Destro after demonstrating an uncanny ability to turn inferior forces into winning ones through sheer tactical genius. He has little patience for incompetence and less for failure, making him both feared and respected throughout the Iron Grenadier ranks. Collectors love Voltar for rounding out Iron Grenadier command structures and bringing a formidable villain officer to any Cobra or M.A.R.S. Industries diorama.
