Orders & Purchasing

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@dragoonultimatesoldier.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes! Watch our New Releases and Coming Soon pages for upcoming pre-order listings. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and ship as soon as stock arrives.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping availability may vary — contact us for specific inquiries.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Please allow extra time during peak seasons and holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account and view your order history to check status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@dragoonultimatesoldier.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.

What scales do you carry?

We specialize in 1/12 scale, 1/18 scale, and 28mm scale military figures, accessories, weapons, headgear, vehicles, and more.

Are your products compatible across brands?

Many accessories are cross-compatible, but fit can vary by brand and figure body type. We note compatibility information in product descriptions where available. If you're unsure, email us at info@dragoonultimatesoldier.com.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do our best to restock popular items, but some products are limited runs. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page, or follow us for restocking announcements.

Account & General

Do I need an account to shop?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and check out faster in the future.

How do I submit my build to Showcased Builds?
