Backstory / History

Scalpel is Cobra's chief medical officer — a disgraced surgeon who found his true calling in Cobra's morally unconstrained medical program, where his skills are put to use patching up Cobra's wounded elite and conducting experiments that no ethical review board would ever approve. Masked and gloved, Scalpel in his surgical attire is a chilling figure — the professionalism of medicine stripped entirely of its compassion, replaced with Cobra's cold purpose. The masked version is his operational look: clinical, anonymous, and utterly menacing. Collectors love this version for medical bay dioramas, prisoner interrogation scenes, and any Cobra base setup that needs a sinister medical presence.
