PMC Head 1 is the archetype: a former special operations veteran who traded the uniform for a contract, bringing everything the military taught him to a new employer with fewer rules and better pay. His expression is neutral, professional, and slightly dangerous — the face of a man who has done difficult things in difficult places and doesn't feel the need to talk about it.
