History & Military Use

The M67 fragmentation grenade has been the standard issue hand grenade of the United States Armed Forces since the late 1960s, replacing the M26 "Lemon" grenade. Its spherical steel body is filled with Composition B explosive and produces approximately 1,000 steel fragments on detonation, with a lethal radius of approximately 5 meters and a casualty radius of up to 15 meters. The M67 features a 4–5 second fuse delay and weighs approximately 14 ounces — compact enough to carry multiple on patrol. It has been issued to every US Army and Marine Corps infantry unit for over 50 years and has seen combat in every major US conflict from Vietnam through the present day, remaining the most widely recognized military grenade in the world.

3D printed products may require minor post-processing. Support remnants, layer lines, or slight surface variations are normal and can be cleaned up with a hobby knife, needle files, or light sanding. Final appearance may vary slightly depending on printer settings and material used.
