History & Military Use
The H-250/U handset has been in continuous US military service since the Vietnam War and remains in use today. Featuring a robust PTT button on the side and a standard NATO audio connector, it became the universal handset for field radios across all branches of the US military. Used with the AN/PRC-77, PRC-119, PRC-148, and many other radio platforms, the H-250/U is one of the most recognizable and widely-used comms accessories in American military history — an essential piece for any radio operator or communications-equipped figure build.
