Backstory / History

Cross-Country is G.I. Joe's premier wheeled vehicle driver — a good-natured southern boy from Georgia who can coax more speed and power out of a machine than any engineer thought possible. As the primary operator of the H.A.V.O.C. (Heavy Articulated Vehicle Ordinance Carrier), he became one of the team's most vital field assets, delivering firepower and personnel into combat zones that other vehicles couldn't reach. His easy-going personality and unshakeable loyalty made him a fan favorite from his debut in the classic cartoon and toy line.
