Backstory / History

Colonel Chikatilo is an officer of the Oktober Guard, the Soviet Union's elite answer to G.I. Joe, first introduced in Marvel's G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero comic in the 1980s. A hard, calculating career officer, Chikatilo embodies the cold authority of the Soviet military machine — a commander who demands discipline and obedience from the soldiers under him.
