Backstory / History

Bullhorn joined G.I. Joe not as a soldier but as a crisis negotiator — a former FBI hostage rescue specialist whose ability to talk down armed extremists made him more valuable than a dozen snipers. Cool under pressure and gifted with an almost supernatural ability to read people, he has talked Cobra operatives out of fortified positions that would have cost lives to storm. Despite his non-combatant specialty, Bullhorn is no pushover — his physical training is rigorous and he's more than capable of holding his own when negotiations break down. Collectors love him for adding a law enforcement dimension to G.I. Joe dioramas, especially hostage rescue and SWAT-style scenarios.
