Backstory / History

Blackout is Cobra's preeminent night operations specialist — a soldier who has turned darkness itself into a weapon. Trained in stealth movement, communications disruption, and covert infiltration, Blackout operates where conventional Cobra troops cannot, slipping past G.I. Joe defenses in the dead of night to set the stage for larger Cobra offensives. A must-have for night raid dioramas, stealth mission displays, and collectors building out Cobra's specialist operative roster.
