Backstory / History

Billy Arboc is one of the most compelling and tragic characters in the G.I. Joe Marvel Comics run. The son of Cobra Commander, Billy grew up in the shadow of his father's megalomaniacal ambitions — eventually turning against Cobra and seeking to assassinate the Commander himself. His story is one of betrayal, manipulation, and the struggle for identity against an impossible legacy. After suffering severe injuries, Billy was partially rehabilitated and trained by Storm Shadow, further blurring the lines between ally and enemy.
