Backstory / History

Battle Android Troopers — B.A.T.s — are Cobra's expendable robotic soldiers, deployed in overwhelming numbers to absorb punishment and overwhelm G.I. Joe defenses. In the Sigma 6 animated series, the B.A.T. received a sleeker, more stylized redesign that fit the show's anime-influenced aesthetic while maintaining the android trooper's core identity as Cobra's mechanical cannon fodder. Sigma 6 B.A.T.s became favorites among collectors for their clean, futuristic look and versatility in near-future and sci-fi themed custom builds.
