History & Military Use
The ALICE system was introduced in 1974 as a replacement for the aging M1956 Load-Carrying Equipment and remained in frontline US service through the early 2000s. The first aid pouch was designed to carry a field dressing and basic trauma supplies, clipped to the ALICE belt or webbing for immediate access under fire. It saw service across Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, the Gulf War, Somalia, and the early stages of OIF/OEF. An essential piece for any Vietnam-era through GWOT-era US Army or Marine Corps custom build.
3D printed products may require minor post-processing. Support remnants, layer lines, or slight surface variations are normal and can be cleaned up with a hobby knife, needle files, or light sanding. Final appearance may vary slightly depending on printer settings and material used.
